Job Title: Graphic Designer – Packaging, Branding, and Social Media

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 2-3 years (preferred)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Packaging & Print Design:
  • Conceptualize and design packaging that highlights product identity and resonates with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with product teams to create visually compelling print materials (brochures, banners, etc.).
  • Ensure all designs are print-ready and follow industry standards for quality and clarity.
  • Branding & Logo Design:
  • Develop innovative logos and brand identities tailored to client needs and business objectives.
  • Design visual guidelines for brand consistency across various mediums.
  • Assist in building brand strategies through creative assets that align with company values.
  • Social Media Post Design:
  • Create engaging and on-brand graphics for social media channels.
  • Work with marketing teams to understand campaign goals and target audience preferences.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand voice and are optimized for each social media platform.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, and social media work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
