Job Title: Graphic Designer – Packaging, Branding, and Social Media Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 2-3 years (preferred) Key Responsibilities: Packaging & Print Design: Conceptualize and design packaging that highlights product identity and resonates with target audiences. Collaborate with product teams to create visually compelling print materials (brochures, banners, etc.). Ensure all designs are print-ready and follow industry standards for quality and clarity. Branding & Logo Design: Develop innovative logos and brand identities tailored to client needs and business objectives. Design visual guidelines for brand consistency across various mediums. Assist in building brand strategies through creative assets that align with company values. Social Media Post Design: Create engaging and on-brand graphics for social media channels. Work with marketing teams to understand campaign goals and target audience preferences. Ensure all designs align with brand voice and are optimized for each social media platform. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, and social media work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design) and other design tools. Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
