Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop & deliver performance analysis and recommendations for business leaders
- Define and monitor marketing and Outreach KPIs and goals for the team to assess tactical and strategic achievements
- Own P&L for a segment of programs
- Support team-wide prioritization and planning through impact tracking, opportunity sizing, and goal setting.
- Interact regularly with stakeholders across Outreach, product, marketing and business teams
- Get to work directly in co-founder’s team alongside colleagues from IITs and IIMs
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a variety of strategic, analytical and operational roles: you thrive on combining rigorous data-driven analysis, strong business intuition and judgment, and an ability to work well across a variety of teams to solve complex problems and have done so at a fast-growing technology focused company.
- Person will be in a generalist role driving capabilities across various verticals of business however technical analytics skills shall be needed to create and modify dashboards
- Strong business acumen and well skilled in excel with the ability to translate quantitative data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Data Fluency: You have experience manipulating and extracting insights from datasets, and using data to make recommendations and decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
