Position Overview:
We’re seeking a talented and driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our team part-time. This role requires expertise in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, with additional skills in platforms like Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat being a plus. Reporting directly to the Paid Media Head, you’ll play a key role in crafting and scaling high-performing ad campaigns while demonstrating a willingness to learn quickly and adapt to evolving strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategize, implement, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance.
Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager.
Write engaging ad copy and collaborate on landing page optimization to drive conversions.
Manage and track budgets effectively to ensure campaigns are cost-efficient and meet KPIs.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and placements to identify winning strategies.
Generate and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights to the Paid Media Head.
Stay updated on platform changes, emerging trends, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing successful Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel).
Additional expertise in platforms like Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat is a bonus.
Quick learner with a proactive attitude toward mastering new tools and strategies.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to optimization.
Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while collaborating with the Paid Media Head.
Hours:
Flexible part-time role, approximately 10-15 hours per week, with opportunities for growth based on performance and business needs.
