The HR Admin Manager will oversee the daily administrative operations, manage recruitment and employee onboarding, and monitor HR policies and compliance. Responsibilities also include maintaining employee data, evaluating performance management systems, organizing training and development programs, and supporting leadership with human resource strategies and workforce planning.QualificationsStrong understanding of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relationsProficiency in administrative tasks such as documentation, payroll management, and maintaining compliance with labor lawsExperience in performance management, training and development, and workforce planningExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in HR software tools, data analysis, and tracking employee performanceAbility to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with leadershipBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in managing a human resources team or department is an advantage
