Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced DELMIA Apriso Architect / MES Developer to design, develop, and implement Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apriso or similar MES platforms , a solid understanding of industrial IT landscapes (ERP, SCADA, IIoT), and experience in defining MES/MOM architectural roadmaps aligned with Industry 4.0 principles. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect end-to-end MES/MOM solutions using DELMIA Apriso or similar MES platforms. Develop and maintain an architectural vision and technical roadmap for MES/MOM domain. Ensure MES solutions align with ISA-95 and MESA model standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Developers. Integrate MES with other enterprise systems like ERP, SCADA, and IIoT . Create technical designs, define best practices, and ensure scalability and performance of MES solutions. Contribute to continuous improvement by adopting modern technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts . Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams. Ensure adherence to Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) methodologies for project delivery. Communicate architectural recommendations, technical direction, and solution roadmaps to stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 14–16 years of total experience, with significant exposure to DELMIA Apriso or equivalent MES platforms. Proven experience in MES/MOM architecture design and implementation . Strong understanding of ISA-95 , MESA models , and Industry 4.0 frameworks . Experience with integration of MES with ERP (SAP, etc.) , SCADA , and IIoT systems. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM / Kanban). Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
