Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced DELMIA Apriso Architect / MES Developer to design, develop, and implement Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apriso or similar MES platforms, a solid understanding of industrial IT landscapes (ERP, SCADA, IIoT), and experience in defining MES/MOM architectural roadmaps aligned with Industry 4.0 principles.Key Responsibilities:- Design and architect end-to-end MES/MOM solutions using DELMIA Apriso or similar MES platforms.- Develop and maintain an architectural vision and technical roadmap for MES/MOM domain.- Ensure MES solutions align with ISA-95 and MESA model standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Developers.- Integrate MES with other enterprise systems like ERP, SCADA, and IIoT.- Create technical designs, define best practices, and ensure scalability and performance of MES solutions.- Contribute to continuous improvement by adopting modern technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts.- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.- Ensure adherence to Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) methodologies for project delivery.- Communicate architectural recommendations, technical direction, and solution roadmaps to stakeholders.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 14–16 years of total experience, with significant exposure to DELMIA Apriso or equivalent MES platforms.- Proven experience in MES/MOM architecture design and implementation.- Strong understanding of ISA-95, MESA models, and Industry 4.0 frameworks.- Experience with integration of MES with ERP (SAP, etc.), SCADA, and IIoT systems.- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM / Kanban).- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
