Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced DELMIA Apriso Architect / MES Developer to design, develop, and implement Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apriso or similar MES platforms, a solid understanding of industrial IT landscapes (ERP, SCADA, IIoT), and experience in defining MES/MOM architectural roadmaps aligned with Industry 4.0 principles. Key Responsibilities: - Design and architect end-to-end MES/MOM solutions using DELMIA Apriso or similar MES platforms. - Develop and maintain an architectural vision and technical roadmap for MES/MOM domain. - Ensure MES solutions align with ISA-95 and MESA model standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Developers. - Integrate MES with other enterprise systems like ERP, SCADA, and IIoT. - Create technical designs, define best practices, and ensure scalability and performance of MES solutions. - Contribute to continuous improvement by adopting modern technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts. - Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams. - Ensure adherence to Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) methodologies for project delivery. - Communicate architectural recommendations, technical direction, and solution roadmaps to stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 14–16 years of total experience, with significant exposure to DELMIA Apriso or equivalent MES platforms. - Proven experience in MES/MOM architecture design and implementation. - Strong understanding of ISA-95, MESA models, and Industry 4.0 frameworks. - Experience with integration of MES with ERP (SAP, etc.), SCADA, and IIoT systems. - Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM / Kanban). - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
