About Us : We are seeking a dynamic and driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and maintaining our social media presence, specifically on Linked In. If you have a passion for branding, social media trends, and building meaningful online communities, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities : Craft and publish well-researched, engaging Linked In posts that align with our company’s voice, leadership personas, and industry trends. Manage and respond to social media engagements, including comments, direct messages, and mentions, in a timely and professional manner. Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with industry influencers, thought leaders, and potential partners to grow brand awareness. Analyze social media analytics to measure the success of branding efforts and adapt strategies as needed. Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, personal branding, and Linked In strategies to keep our content fresh and competitive. Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to develop cohesive, personalized branding strategies that resonate with our audience. Skills & Experience Required : At least 1 year of experience in branding, public relations, or a related field. Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences. Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Linked In, and proven experience in managing social media profiles. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a knack for networking and relationship building. Proficient in using social media analytics tools to measure performance and adjust strategies.
