Job Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Oversee Excit Pay’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Whats App, to maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice.
Content Creation: Design and create attractive social media posts, banners, and stories. Bring fresh ideas to our campaigns to make them stand out.
Graphic Design: Use tools like Canva or Photoshop to develop high-quality graphics for posts, advertisements, and other content.
Whats App Marketing: Develop and manage Whats App marketing campaigns to drive engagement and keep users updated on offers and features.
Influencer Marketing & Collaboration: Identify and engage with influencers, manage partnerships, negotiate terms, and coordinate campaign activities.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media and influencer campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Key Skills Required:
Creativity: Ability to generate engaging content ideas and visual concepts.
Social Media Expertise: Proficient in platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Whats App, with knowledge of current trends and best practices.
Graphic Design Skills: Experience in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar to create appealing visuals.
Influencer Management: Strong communication skills for managing influencer relationships and campaign negotiations.
Analytical Ability: Skills to analyze campaign metrics and optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in social media marketing, influencer management, or a similar role.
Proficiency in social media tools and graphic design software.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
