  • Content Ideation & Creation: Generate creative ideas for posts and stories, staying current with trends to ensure our social media channels remain relevant and engaging.
  • Copywriting: Write clear, engaging, and compelling copy for various social media posts and campaigns that reflect our brand voice and objectives.
  • Design Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure visuals align with the content and resonate with the target audience.
  • Client Servicing & Coordination: Work on branding and content integration initiatives by following up and coordinating with clients. Serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of client servicing requirements.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize future posts and strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management and content writing, preferably within an employer branding or digital marketing context.

  • Bachelor's Degree: Mass Communication, English Hons, Marketing or similar 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of social media best practices and trends on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

  • Creativity and a proactive mindset with a knack for coming up with fresh ideas to enhance engagement and reach.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage client relationships effectively.
