Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Manager to oversee all aspects of sales operations within the assigned territory. This role requires an individual contributor who can independently manage client relationships, generate leads, close deals, and ensure overall sales targets are met.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve individual and team targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Client Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct on-site meetings to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Market Analysis
Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on market trends.
Provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Operational Independence
Manage end-to-end sales processes with minimal supervision.
Resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
♂️ Field Visits & Travel
Conduct daily field visits to meet clients in the assigned territory.
Be willing to travel frequently to maximize outreach and sales opportunities.
️ Sales Presentations & Negotiations
Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting product benefits.
Negotiate terms effectively to close deals.
Customer Feedback
Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
Use feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in field sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
