Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential VIP delegates, including industry leaders,
executives, and key decision-makers
• Maintain an up-to-date database of potential VIP delegates with detailed profiles
• Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage potential VIP delegates through
phone calls, emails, and social media
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and confirmed VIP delegates
• Serve as the main point of contact for VIP delegates, ensuring their needs and expectations are
met
• Coordinate with the event management team to ensure VIP delegates receive all necessary
information and support
• Follow up with potential VIP delegates to secure their attendance. Confirm attendance and
ensure all necessary details are communicated and documented
Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Proactive and self-motivated with a professional attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of MS- Excel
