We offer content in multiple formats - text, videos etc across platforms such as desktop web, mobile web and apps.
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic You Tube Manager to join our team, requiring a unique mix of creativity, analytics, strong understanding of SEO and content operations. Responsibilities include managing the video roadmap and strategy, covering short format, long format, and branded content.
Job Location : Noida, Work from Office
Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Editorial, Operations and Product teams to devise strategies for video views growth and revenue upliftment across Youtube Channels of Times Languages.
Optimize the channels for enhancing brand recognition and search visibility.
Liaison with SEO teams to improve discovery and audience reach.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the subscriber base and increase viewer retention.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, algorithm or platform updates, Youtube SEO and Video marketing trends to shape our strategy.
Track industry trends and apply best practices to enhance video content performance, striving for increased viewership and engagement.
Monitor and track key performance metrics and provide visibility to stakeholders via dashboards and reports.
Own and drive growth across key metrics and revenue.
Key Skills / Qualifications
7-10 years of proven experience in Youtube Channel Management.
In depth understanding of editorial processes for Video production, editing and distribution.
Strong Understanding of Business KPIs, SEO and content planning.
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Marketing/ Communication is ideal, however, for the right candidate, this is not a constraint.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision making.
Ability to balance execution with innovation.
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams across all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
