Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Business Operations, Sales, & Growth to lead and integrate our operational, sales, and business development functions. This strategic role will be responsible for optimizing business operations, driving sales performance, and spearheading growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational management skills with a proven track record in sales leadership and growth strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive operational efficiency, sales growth, and overall business expansion. Align these strategies with the company's long-term goals.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily business operations, ensuring processes are streamlined, effective, and aligned with company standards. Identify and address operational challenges to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team, set sales targets, and develop strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals. Drive sales performance through effective planning, training, and motivation of the sales team.
  • Growth Strategy: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion, partnerships, and new product or service offerings. Develop and execute growth strategies to drive sustainable business expansion.
  • Team Management: Manage, mentor, and motivate teams across operations, sales, and business development. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets for operations, sales, and growth initiatives. Monitor financial performance, control costs, and ensure resource allocation supports business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency, sales performance, and growth. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including finance, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and integration of strategies. Address any cross-functional issues and coordinate efforts to meet business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
  • Project Management: Lead and oversee special projects related to operations, sales, and growth. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 15 years of experience in senior roles related to operations, sales, and business growth, with a proven ability to lead teams and drive performance.
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing operations, achieving sales targets, and implementing growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in business management software and tools.
