Reporting jointly to the Bangalore-based Assistant Controller and US-based Worldwide Controller, the Accountant will be responsible for maintaining general ledger entries and reconciling financial statements. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the ledger data is accurate and precise. Ideally, you should be working in collaboration with the various departments for accounting data. Prior working experience as an Accountant is mandatory for this position. The role is based out of the Versa Networks’ Bangalore office. While the role is based out of India, it supports the global ledger.

Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) mandatory.

Experience

4+ years of experience working as an Accountant, or a similar role. Big-4 experience preferred.

Maintain and update the general ledgers of all subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
