About the Role
Assistant Manager-F&A
Position Details
Function: Finance & Accounts
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: Senior Manager/ Manager- Finance & Accounts
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of Channel PnL and MIS (along with analytical insights)
Formulation and implementation of channel related SOPs.
Revenue verification of channels and overlooking upload/posting in SAP
Verification of all expense invoices relating to marketplaces and posting in SAP
Vetting of commercials and legal terms for onboarding of new channels/business partners
Periodic reconciliation of customer accounts
Reviewing offer constructs for channels
Assisting in day-to-day finance activities and compliances of channels
Experience & Qualification
Overall, 0-2 years of work experience
Education: CA
Competencies Behavioral Indicators
Co-ordination (with statutory auditor, other external customers)
Uses interpersonal skills to build cooperative relationship
Teamwork (Working with internal and external customers smoothly)
Encourage Feedback and use for organizational changes
Service Focus – Innovative service to all customers
Working relationships – Stakeholders Internal team, Vendors, Statutory Auditors, etc.
