About the Role We are looking for an experienced and creative You Tube Channel Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate needs to have a deep understanding of You Tube's platform, including content creation, SEO, and data analytics. You will be responsible for managing and building our You Tube channel, ensuring it aligns with our brand’s vision and engages our target audience effectively. Key Responsibilities Channel Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Plum Goodness You Tube channel. Develop and implement strategies to increase subscribers, views, and engagement. Schedule and publish videos, ensuring timely uploads and consistency in content. Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan and produce engaging video content. Brainstorm new content ideas that resonate with our audience and stay ahead of beauty trends. Ensure all content aligns with Plum Goodness’s brand voice and aesthetic. SEO and Optimization: Implement You Tube SEO best practices to optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails. Stay updated with the latest You Tube algorithms and trends to maximize content reach and performance. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze channel performance using You Tube Analytics. Provide regular reports on key metrics, including views, watch time, subscriber growth, and engagement. Use data insights to refine content strategies and improve channel performance. Audience Engagement: Engage with viewers through comments, community posts, and live sessions. Foster a sense of community and loyalty among subscribers. Respond to viewer feedback and incorporate it into content planning. Experience & Qualification Minimum of 3 years of experience managing You Tube channels or similar digital content platforms. In-depth understanding of how content works on You Tube and what drives engagement. Proficiency in reading and interpreting You Tube data and analytics. Strong knowledge of You Tube SEO practices. Creative flair and a strong passion for content creation. Interest in the beauty industry is a plus but not mandatory. Skills Excellent communication and organizational skills.
