Job Description

Cocoma Digital Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and self-reliant Business Development Executive to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business growth within the digital media sector. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of non-internship experience and will bring leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients both in India and internationally.


Key Responsibilities 


  • Identifying Customers & Generate Leads

Research and identify potential clients in the OTT, media, music, and entertainment sectors and generate leads.


  • Pitch Our Services

Effectively present and pitch Cocoma Digital’s YouTube, Social Media, Content creation and Digital Marketing services to potential clients.


  • Convert and Bring Sales

Drive sales by converting leads into customers, achieving and exceeding sales targets.


  • Develop Relationships

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.


  • Diversify Customer Base

Explore and penetrate new sectors to expand our customer base and diversify our service offerings.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles (excluding internships).
  • Proven experience working within both Indian and international markets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English with clear pronunciation, and excellent reading and writing abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead initiatives and projects independently.
  • Self-reliant with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the digital media industry, specifically related to YouTube and social media management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
