Job Description
Cocoma Digital Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and self-reliant Business Development Executive to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business growth within the digital media sector. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of non-internship experience and will bring leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients both in India and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Identifying Customers & Generate Leads
Research and identify potential clients in the OTT, media, music, and entertainment sectors and generate leads.
Pitch Our Services
Effectively present and pitch Cocoma Digital’s YouTube, Social Media, Content creation and Digital Marketing services to potential clients.
Convert and Bring Sales
Drive sales by converting leads into customers, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Develop Relationships
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Diversify Customer Base
Explore and penetrate new sectors to expand our customer base and diversify our service offerings.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles (excluding internships).
Proven experience working within both Indian and international markets.
Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English with clear pronunciation, and excellent reading and writing abilities.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead initiatives and projects independently.
Self-reliant with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the digital media industry, specifically related to YouTube and social media management.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business development strategies.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
