Tru Performance Inc | Digital Marketing Specialist

Tru Performance is looking for a skilled and motivated Paid Media Executive to join our team at a mid-senior level. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in digital marketing, campaign management, and a passion for driving results across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Strategize, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms to achieve campaign objectives.
Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ads and high-converting landing pages.
Monitor ad spend, budget pacing, and ROI to ensure the efficient allocation of marketing budgets.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights for quarterly and annual business reviews.
Apply a logical approach to interpreting and analyzing data to identify actionable insights.
Required Skills
A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
Proven analytical skills and experience in performance reporting and data analysis.
Expertise in ad copy creation and conducting A/B testing to improve performance.
Experience with conversion tracking setup and management (preferred).
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Managed a monthly advertising budget of $10,000 or INR 500,000
