Tru Performance is looking for a skilled and motivated Paid Media Executive to join our team at a mid-senior level. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in digital marketing, campaign management, and a passion for driving results across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms to achieve campaign objectives.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ads and high-converting landing pages.
- Monitor ad spend, budget pacing, and ROI to ensure the efficient allocation of marketing budgets.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights for quarterly and annual business reviews.
- Apply a logical approach to interpreting and analyzing data to identify actionable insights.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Proven analytical skills and experience in performance reporting and data analysis.
- Expertise in ad copy creation and conducting A/B testing to improve performance.
- Experience with conversion tracking setup and management (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Managed a monthly advertising budget of $10,000 or INR 500,000
