Job Title: Benefits Specialist – Darwin Box toolLocation:Olympus, Thane, MumbaiShift: US Night Shift (24x5 Rotational Support)Experience Required: 4–9 yearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeMust Have: International Benefits administration, Workday/Darwin Box Tool work experiencePosition Overview:We are looking for candidates who have 4-9 years of experience in Darwin technologies tool, with strong expertise in international benefits administration (non-US) to manage incidents, defects, and integrations within the Darwin benefits administration platform. The ideal candidate will have exceptional operational knowledge of Darwin (Optional), strong project management skills, experience in international benefits, and the ability to handle benefits-related queries, payroll processes, and system integrations efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Benefits & Payroll Operations:- Manage incidents and JIRA tickets related to benefits data issues and track them to closure.- Monitor integration failures and coordinate with vendors for resolution.- Support and own the Process Manager in Darwin box to mark payroll completion.- Review pre- and post-payroll close queries for discrepancies before data flows to the payroll team.Annual & Ad hoc Benefits Management:- Manage annual benefits enrollment windows and approve exceptions for qualified life events (e.g., marriage, childbirth).- Maintain and update site content on the benefits portal in case of vendor changes, additions, or contact details updates.Reporting & Analysis:- Generate, analyze, and publish benefits reports with key statistics on a periodic basis.- Ensure accuracy and structured reporting to internal stakeholders and clients.Required Skills & Experience:- Darwin benefits administration tool: Strong hands-on experience managing benefits administration and payroll workflows within Darwin box. Optional- Project Management: Ability to drive defect resolutions, vendor coordination, and process improvements. Preferred (important skill for the job)- JIRA & Ticket Management: Experience in handling incident tracking tools. Preferred- Workday & MS Office Skills: Strong knowledge of Workday HR, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis), and MS Office Suite. Mandatory- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve complex benefits-related issues. Mandatory- Stakeholder Communication: Strong English communication skills for engaging with international clients, payroll teams, and vendors.
