Job Summary :
We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven US IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US IT market. This is a remote opportunity for someone passionate about identifying top talent, building strong relationships, and meeting the hiring needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Candidate Sourcing :
- Source qualified candidates using job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and other online platforms.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and leveraging social media platforms.
- Screening and Evaluation :
- Conduct detailed screenings to evaluate candidates' technical expertise, experience, and fit for the role.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers or clients.
- Requirement Analysis :
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions to identify the best match for open roles.
- Work with hiring managers or account managers to clarify expectations.
- Documentation and Submissions :
- Prepare candidate submissions with necessary details (resume, work authorization, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
- Candidate Engagement :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Act as a point of contact for candidate queries and provide timely updates
Skills and Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience : 1–2 years of US IT recruitment experience (remote experience preferred).
- Knowledge of US Work Authorization :
- Familiarity with H1-B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, USC, and other visa types.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
- Technical Knowledge :
- Basic understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Soft Skills :
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
