About Us:
This role will be for iAcuire Outsourcing LLP, a sister company of iAcuire Consulting LLP under the iAcuire group. Our company is an outsourcing company that helps in setting up global competency centres in India for global clients.
Role Summary:
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals and specialized talent to support the hiring requirements of our European clients from India. All hiring shall be for roles based in India. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers of Europe to identify and deliver high-quality candidates. The position demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the Indian talent market, industry trends, and best recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Outreach:
a. Design and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to attract qualified IT talent.
b. Utilise job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with potential candidates.
c. Create and maintain job postings on LinkedIn and other platforms as needed.
- Candidate Screening & Assessment:
a. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
b. Conduct initial interviews via google meet, zoom, etc. screenings to evaluate candidates’ technical expertise, cultural fit, and availability. Conduct tests if necessary.
c. Coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Stakeholder Management:
a. Partner with hiring managers and team leads to fully understand role requirements, including specialised positions and coordinate with them to find the best fit according to their culture and needs.
b. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline status.
- Interview Coordination & Follow-Up:
a. Schedule candidate interviews and manage logistics for both virtual and in-person interviews as necessary.
b. Ensure timely candidate follow-up and feedback, maintaining a positive experience for all parties.
- Compliance & Documentation:
a. Keep detailed records of candidate interactions, application statuses, and recruitment results.
b. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with data protection and privacy regulations, especially when handling candidate information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (B.Tech, Engineering, etc.) is a must.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a recruiter, particularly within IT.
- Strong familiarity with the Indian talent market and recruitment practices.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and job boards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and recruitment requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Experience recruiting for international clients.
- Awareness of industry trends and effective sourcing methods.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for European clients/companies.
Salary: Not a limitation for the right candidate.
Additional information:
- This position is fully remote and work-from-home (unless the candidate is situated in Delhi NCR where on-site in-office work may be considered).
- No relocation to Europe or other international locations will be facilitated as part of this role.
