Hiring for Physician reviewers - Assistant ManagerAbout the RolePhysician with minimum 1 year of clinical experience and skillset, to review the clinical information/medical record and summarize relevant clinical information based on set of guidelines/criteria.ResponsibilitiesClinical experience: Minimum 1 yearAuditing experience (Optional)Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skillsWorking within the timelines and getting necessary sign-off on each stage of work from stakeholdersMaintenance and updating reports as requiredMust ensure meeting productivity and quality targetsMust ensure availability for meeting/calls as requiredWork independently and as a teamLiaison with the program/project manager as requiredGood team player & collaborative in approachConduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with all company Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures and programsQualificationsMBBS in India or MD (foreign medical graduates)MCI license – preferred, not mandatoryPrior experience with US health care preferred (not mandatory)Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PPT)Required SkillsStrong personal and professional ethicsStrong written (documentation) and oral communication skillsMust have a strong analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills with the ability to envision a solution from requirementsWorking Hours40 hours per week as Full-time employeeShift time: 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM ISTWeekends OffTelecommuter/Internet requirements, if applicable:High Speed internet connection at home, must be broadbandMust understand and adhere with telecommuter policyEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
