Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable located in Chennai. The Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable will be responsible for overseeing the invoicing process, managing credit, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role involves analyzing account data, ensuring timely collections, and addressing billing discrepancies. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will collaborate with the finance team to optimize accounts receivable processes and provide regular financial reports.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles
  • Experience in Invoicing and Credit Management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in the facilities management or business support services industry is a plus
