As we scale, we’re looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer who will drive design excellence, shape product vision, and build experiences that resonate with global audiences.Role SnapshotThe Lead UI/UX Designer will own the entire design lifecycle—from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and final delivery. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to create intuitive, beautiful, and functional interfaces. As a design leader, you’ll also mentor junior designers and champion user-centric thinking across the organization.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end design efforts across multiple digital products (web & mobile).- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.- Translate complex business and technical requirements into simple, elegant design solutions.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools.- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.- Establish and maintain a design system for consistency and scalability.- Advocate for user-centric design principles across cross-functional teams.- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.What We’re Looking For- 6–10 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior design role.- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects with measurable impact.- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.- Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs.- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.- A strategic thinker who can balance creativity with business goals.Why Join Us- Be at the forefront of shaping digital products for a global market.- Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a flat hierarchy.- Opportunity to lead, mentor, and leave your mark on the design culture.- Competitive compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities.- Flexible work arrangements that value results over rigid schedules.
