We’re looking for a highly skilled **UX/UI Designer** to lead the design and user experience efforts across our digital products. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to turn complex problems into elegant, intuitive solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class user experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to final implementation.
- Translate product requirements and user research into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and feedback loops.
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing strong design thinking and execution.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other design/prototyping software.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Solid understanding of frontend development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
- Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions.
- Knowledge of analytics tools and how they inform design (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics).
