**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for **ERP & CRM** platforms and **e-commerce websites**.
- Develop user-friendly and visually appealing UI designs that enhance user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement designs effectively.
- Maintain design consistency and ensure responsiveness across different devices.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years** of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong proficiency in **Figma** and related design software (Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience in designing for **ERP & CRM** platforms and **e-commerce websites**.
- Understanding of UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX work.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Design, Computer Science, or a related field**.
- Experience working with development teams in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
