Should have 4 to 8 years of experience with proficiency in HRIS and benefits platforms
Advanced Excel skills for data management, reconciliation, and reporting.
Familiarity with process automation tools is beneficial.
Excellent presentation skills and able to articulate concepts
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Advanced Excel skills, proficient in MS Word, Access & Power Point
Eye for details and analytical orientation
Job Description:
Subject matter Expert for Global Benefits program management and administration.
Handle the full cycle of employee benefits processes, including Enrollment, de-Enrollment, and changes, while ensuring seamless data flow across systems and regions.
Coordinate with payroll for accurate deductions related to benefits changes and manage exceptions effectively.
Review, verify, and reconcile monthly benefits invoices across regions, ensuring alignment with employee enrolments and terminations.
Work closely with Finance and vendors to resolve discrepancies in invoices and manage cost allocations accurately.
Maintain a documented process for invoice reconciliation, including detailed tracking to ensure timely processing and payment. Responsible for end-to-end benefits administration for employees across geographies such enrolments, de-enrolment, payroll inputs etc in respective benefits applicable across geographies.
Liaise with benefits vendors/brokers to manage benefits
Act as point of contact for HR benefits interpretation & clarifications both at the new joiner induction as well as ongoing employee queries.
Collaborate with the system team to integrate and implement leave policies across different geographies.
Manage UAT processes for any system changes, ensuring that leave policies are accurately reflected and validated.
Oversee and manage leave data reporting across geographies, ensuring accurate and timely information is available for decision-making.
Prepare and present leave data to the finance team for actuarial valuation purposes across Geographies.
Work with HR, payroll, and finance teams to address leave-related queries and policy clarifications.
Ensure that all leave policies are compliant with local regulations and aligned with company-wide standards.
Assist in updating benefits policies and handbooks periodically
Partner with Payroll, Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams to support cohesive benefits administration across regions.
