*Role and Responsibilities:*
Drive business development within your assigned territory, as defined by management.
Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance against established targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers,
understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Identify and target new customers, while ensuring satisfaction for existing clients.
Execute the business plan and market strategy effectively.
Possess strong product knowledge and recommend pricing strategies.
Oversee sales, revenue, and expense control plans, achieving agreed-upon targets and
promoting the company's presence.
Manage credit control and ensure adherence to credit policies.
Calculate customer discounts and sales incentives as per defined schemes.
Maintain a deep understanding of the market, including competitor pricing and products.
Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers.
*Qualifications and Experience:*
5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a BBA/MBA in Marketing, B.Com/M.Com, or a relevant degree preferred.
Prior experience in the plastic industry or any consumer products industry is a significant advantage.
In-depth knowledge of plastic products like PET products, roto-molded and injection-molded products, domestic plastic goods, plastic furniture, industrial products (jerrycans, drums, jars, bottles, etc.) is highly desirable.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are essential.
Proficiency in computer applications, particularly spreadsheets and presentation software
