The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and acquiring top talent for technical positions. Responsibilities include building relationships with candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, organizing interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs, strategize recruitment plans, and deliver qualified candidates in a timely fashion. Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes ~7+ yrs of experience in Recruiting. ~ Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms ~ Experience in recruiting for IT or software development roles is a plus ~ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
