Prior work experience in the Lloyd’s market is a plus. The opportunity will involve identifying, managing, governing and solutioning digital initiatives, application development, application and infrastructure maintenance, and using technology to transform insurance business process. The individual will be responsible for growing and delivering a broad array of technology services to existing and new clients.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Leadership and Portfolio Management2. Stakeholder Management and CollaboratioWhat you’ll be doing:The key responsibilities are as follows:Own operational metrics around Client Satisfaction, People and FinancialsDevelop POVs and proactive propositions for Quarterly and Monthly client governanceGovern multiple technology projects, bothgreenfieldand otherwiseGovern and Track staffing and fulfilment for one large or multiple smaller client engagementsSpearhead Custom application development/ build applications meeting delivery deadline across geography.Run Managed Services engagement in an end-to-end fashion, across both Applications and Infrastructure domainsPlan for managing Quality, Cost and Schedule parameters for large programs and projectsImplement effective release and configuration management processesSupport business development with Demos, POVs, POCsMust Have:B.Tech./B.E. or M.Tech./M.E. from a recognized institutePrior hands-on work experience in IT services across Application Engineering & InfrastructureMinimum 20 years of experience in IT product & servicesAt least 2-3 years of Onsite work experience in UK / Europe / ANZ / Singapore marketsAt least 10 years of experience working for Insurance clients, preferably P&C Specialty or Large Commercial lines, Life Insurance experience also countsExcellent spoken and written communication skillsHave a broad understanding of UK / Europe / ANZ immigration norms and general guidelinesHave a good working knowledge of one out of the Azure and AWS Cloud platformsUnderstand Agile development methodologies wellA track record of leading successful client delivery engagementsDetailed job description will be provided post shortlisting your profile.
