About Us Truworth Wellness is India’s leading health and wellness platform, delivering integrated solutions across preventive care, primary care, and wellbeing. Our offerings power healthcare access and engagement for millions of lives through corporates, insurers, TPAs, Banks and digital ecosystems. We are now scaling our Affinity Business —a strategic growth vertical focused on distributing health & wellness benefits via partner channels such as insurance companies, banks, loyalty platforms, and HRMS providers. We are seeking a dynamic and highly networked Head of Affinity Business to lead our efforts in building distribution partnerships. This role is responsible for developing and scaling revenue through affinity channels by selling Truworth healthcare offerings, including wellness packages, OPD benefits, and digital health services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Bancassurance or Partnership Sales , particularly within health/life/general insurance ecosystems, and should bring deep expertise in working with CXOs and business heads of banks, insurers, and B2B platforms. Build and execute a robust go-to-market strategy for the Affinity channel (B2B2C, embedded health, cross-sell partnerships). Team Building : Qualifications & Experience Minimum 12+ years of experience in strategic sales or partnerships, with at least 5 years in a senior role in Bancassurance, B2B insurance, or health partnerships .
