JOB TITLE: SEO Specialist Experience: 2-5 years We’re seeking a creative, data-driven SEO Specialist who masters the full spectrum of SEO, from on-page optimization and off-page link building to technical audits. You’ll craft and optimize content that elevates organic visibility, drives qualified traffic, and fuels lead generation, while ensuring our site architecture and performance meet Google’s highest standards. Content Strategy & Planning Perform keyword research and competitive audits to uncover content and link-building opportunities. Develop and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with SEO goals, product launches, and campaigns. Map content to buyer personas and each stage of the funnel. Continuously audit existing content to improve readability, engagement, and search rankings. Plan and execute link-building campaigns: outreach, guest posts, digital PR, and partnerships. Collaborate with influencers, industry publications, and affiliates to amplify content reach. Technical SEO Conduct regular site audits (crawlability, indexation, site speed, mobile performance). Identify and fix technical issues: redirects, broken links, XML sitemaps, robots.Work with developers to implement performance improvements (lazy loading, compression, caching). Performance Tracking & Analysis Track organic traffic, rankings, CTR, bounce rate, and conversions using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush. A/B test headlines, CTAs, and content formats; iterate based on data. Partner with UX/design to ensure SEO-friendly site structure and page templates. Liaise with paid-ads and social teams to amplify top-performing content. Train stakeholders on SEO best practices and emerging trends. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field. ~3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO content strategy, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. ~ Proven track record of creating content that ranks and earns high-quality backlinks. ~ Expertise with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog. ~ Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) and basic HTML/CSS. ~ Writing & Editing: Exceptional storytelling, clarity, and attention to detail. SEO Mastery: Deep understanding of modern on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Research-Driven: Skilled in market, keyword, and backlink research. Technical Acumen: Comfortable diagnosing and prioritizing site-performance issues. Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple SEO initiatives and deadlines. Legal Services Full-time
