Ltd. company)Job location: JaipurJob Summary:InsuranceDekho is looking for an energetic and performance-driven Senior Relationship Manager to strengthen its health insurance vertical via the agency distribution channel. The role involves recruiting, managing, and growing a network of agents to drive health insurance sales and ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and activate insurance agents/advisors for health insurance product sales.- Drive business through the agency network by ensuring regular engagement, support, and performance monitoring.- Conduct product trainings, sales pitches, and joint fieldwork to support agents in achieving their targets.- Track and ensure compliance of all agents with IRDAI guidelines and company processes.- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per organizational goals.- Act as a point of contact for all agent queries and policy servicing issues.- Maintain regular MIS and reporting related to sales, activation, and agent productivity.- Coordinate closely with internal teams (operations, underwriting, claims) to support post-sale processes.✅ Eligibility Criteria:- Minimum 2 years of health insurance sales experience in the agency or broking channel- Strong network of existing health insurance agents (preferred)- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred- Familiarity with IRDAI regulations and health product landscape- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools⭐ Why Join InsuranceDekho?- Backed by CarDekho Group, one of India’s leading auto-tech platforms- Fast-growing Insurtech firm with strong digital + offline presence- Opportunity to work with an experienced leadership team- Transparent growth path and competitive incentivesInterested candidates can share their cv at or
