Ltd. company) Job location: Jaipur Job Summary: InsuranceDekho is looking for an energetic and performance-driven Senior Relationship Manager to strengthen its health insurance vertical via the agency distribution channel. The role involves recruiting, managing, and growing a network of agents to drive health insurance sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, train, and activate insurance agents/advisors for health insurance product sales. - Drive business through the agency network by ensuring regular engagement, support, and performance monitoring. - Conduct product trainings, sales pitches, and joint fieldwork to support agents in achieving their targets. - Track and ensure compliance of all agents with IRDAI guidelines and company processes. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per organizational goals. - Act as a point of contact for all agent queries and policy servicing issues. - Maintain regular MIS and reporting related to sales, activation, and agent productivity. - Coordinate closely with internal teams (operations, underwriting, claims) to support post-sale processes.
