Website : Instagram :@whatsupwellness.in Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible working out the New Product Development calendar with team which includes a pipeline of ideas Liaising with the team from initial concept and brief, product specification, manufacturing, sample approval to ensure delivery and launch of products on time. Understanding the customer experience combined with regular market research to identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive sales growth. Manage inventory management / reconciliation / vendor payment ledgers Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns. Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality. Continually monitoring sales trends to determine which products are more popular than others. Conducting interviews with new vendors and informing approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations. Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them. Experience : Proven experience (2-4 years) working as a New Product Development Specialist or any other relevant experience. (D2 C Preferred) You will have experience of the New Product Development process and knowledge of how to bring a product to market, from initial concept through to stock in warehouse. Highly accurate with strong attention to detail Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills. The ability to travel for work.
