We’re looking for a Creative Strategist — someone who can think big, find meaning in the small things, and turn insights into scroll-stopping ideas. From concept → copy → campaign → content, you’ll be part of every creative spark that takes shape here. What You’ll Be Doing Brand & Campaign Thinking Shape concepts, write scripts, and craft stories across social, digital, and video. Present creative ideas with clarity and confidence — internally and to clients. Keep your pulse on culture, trends, and what’s shaping conversations online. Social & Content Strategy Develop monthly content plans and social directions for brands. Translate trends and cultural moments into brand-relevant content. Review and refine creative output to maintain tone, quality, and consistency. Guide writers and designers on storytelling flow and brand voice. Creative Direction & Collaboration Partner with designers, editors, and video producers to execute ideas beautifully. Offer feedback and creative direction to ensure alignment with brand goals. Lead brainstorming sessions and mentor the content team where needed. Have 2–5 years of experience in social media, creative strategy, or digital storytelling. Have a strong sense of brand communication and audience psychology. Understand how digital platforms and pop culture shape conversations. Bonus: You experiment with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, or other creative automation platforms. Experience mentoring junior creatives. Curiosity about design, video, and how ideas come to life visually. You’ll be part of a culture that values clarity, originality, and creative integrity.
