Creative Strategist — Cubic DesignzLocation: ChennaiExperience: 2–5 yearsAt Cubic Designz, creativity doesn’t stop at content.We turn ideas into stories that connect brands, culture, and people.We’re looking for a Creative Strategist — someone who can think big, find meaning in the small things, and turn insights into scroll-stopping ideas.From concept → copy → campaign → content, you’ll be part of every creative spark that takes shape here.What You’ll Be DoingBrand & Campaign Thinking- Build campaign ideas rooted in real insights and audience understanding.- Shape concepts, write scripts, and craft stories across social, digital, and video.- Present creative ideas with clarity and confidence — internally and to clients.- Collaborate closely with strategy and business teams to bring new ideas to life.- Keep your pulse on culture, trends, and what’s shaping conversations online.Social & Content Strategy- Develop monthly content plans and social directions for brands.- Translate trends and cultural moments into brand-relevant content.- Review and refine creative output to maintain tone, quality, and consistency.- Guide writers and designers on storytelling flow and brand voice.Creative Direction & Collaboration- Partner with designers, editors, and video producers to execute ideas beautifully.- Offer feedback and creative direction to ensure alignment with brand goals.- Lead brainstorming sessions and mentor the content team where needed.You’ll Thrive Here If You:- Have 2–5 years of experience in social media, creative strategy, or digital storytelling.- Think in stories, not just deliverables.- Have a strong sense of brand communication and audience psychology.- Are confident presenting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Understand how digital platforms and pop culture shape conversations.- Bonus: You experiment with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, or other creative automation platforms.Nice-to-Haves- Experience mentoring junior creatives.- Familiarity with pitch decks, presentations, and campaign showcases.- Curiosity about design, video, and how ideas come to life visually.Life at Cubic Designz- You’ll get the freedom to think, experiment, and build ideas from scratch.- You’ll work alongside a young, fast-paced design and strategy team.- You’ll have real ownership — not just task lists.- You’ll be part of a culture that values clarity, originality, and creative integrity.We move ideas forward — fast, collaboratively, and with intent.If you’re someone who can blend strategy, storytelling, and culture, we’d love to hear from you.Send your portfolio and resume to
