Job Summary: The Country Manager for India will lead company's commercial operations within the country, overseeing a team of five professionals. This role holds full accountability for driving sales strategy, market expansion, and business development, while acting as the key liaison between company management and local partners, providers, and manufacturers. The Country Manager will also lead project management initiatives implementing new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy and growth objectives. Main Responsibilities: Market Trend & Competitive Intelligence Analyze local macroeconomic conditions, automotive market dynamics, competitor activities, OEM programs, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment to identify market trends and opportunities. Sales Strategy & Execution Support the development and implementation of the sales strategy and objectives aligned with the country’s business approach, focusing on go-to-market and channel strategies. Develop sales resource planning and budgeting to optimize market penetration. Identify and execute key actions to expand the customer base and increase wallet share with existing clients.
