Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager, you will be at the forefront of architect engagement, helping our client brand shape meaningful relationships with the Architect community and ensuring the growth & success of the program. This role provides for tremendous growth opportunities for young & driven individuals who are ready to make an impact and advance their careers in a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships with architects by understanding their needs, industry challenges, and business goals.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance architect participation and loyalty in the program.
• Be the primary point of contact for architects, ensuring program satisfaction and a seamless experience.
• Analyze program performance, offering insights and recommendations to the Program Manager to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Work closely with internal teams to create relevant, value-driven content and offers for program participants.
• Drive engagement through participation in networking & non-networking events, seminars, and webinars, while gathering valuable feedback from architects.
• Ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of program rewards and other services.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience in the architecture industry or related fields such as interior design, construction, or building materials.
• Strong understanding of loyalty programs, customer engagement, or sales incentive strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and drive performance improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, business, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
