We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Loyalty Marketing Officer to join our team at Genefied in New Delhi. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative loyalty solutions that drive business growth and customer engagement.

We are a B2B vertical SAAS company based in New Delhi, offering cutting-edge loyalty solutions for consumer brands. Our cost-effective QR code-based solutions focus on accelerating loyalty, customer retention, and revenue growth for brands across various industries. With a strong presence in the market, we work with 100+ Brands, have a team of 80+ people, and are building the world's largest community of consumer brands.

Your Role
This is a full-time on-site position requiring a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our loyalty solutions.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Managing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously, analyzing market trends, and monitoring campaign performance.
  • Building brand awareness through digital marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in loyalty marketing.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
