BHIVE Workspace is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented MBA freshers to join our Real Estate Investments Program as Research Associates on a 6-month paid contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates, especially those with a finance background, to conduct in-depth research on real estate investment vehicles in India and globally. Research Associates will contribute to the development of a strategic Business Plan for BHIVE Capital, focusing on various investment products such as REITs, AIFs, and other real estate solutions. Key Responsibilities: Extensive Research: Conduct thorough research on SM REITs, AIFs, and other real estate investment products and solutions, both within India and globally. Report and Summary Preparation: Compile and analyze research data, preparing clear, concise summaries, reports, and presentations for internal review and strategic decision-making. Business Plan Development: Contribute to the development of a Business Plan for BHIVE Capital using data-driven insights from research findings. Industry Networking: Engage with real estate professionals, industry experts, and thought leaders to gather insights and enhance research quality. Presentation and Communication: Present findings through written reports and Power Point presentations, providing actionable recommendations based on analysis. Trend Monitoring: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, news, and developments in the real estate investment sector, sharing relevant insights with the team. Qualification: Educational Background: Recent MBA graduates (any stream) with a preference for candidates specializing in finance. Research Skills: Proven ability to conduct extensive research and compile data from various sources, both qualitative and quantitative. Interest in Real Estate: A strong interest in real estate markets and investment products. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare structured reports and deliver professional presentations. Interpersonal Skills: Confidence in reaching out to industry professionals to gather insights and expand professional networks. Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Point, Excel, and other research or analytics tools is advantageous.
