Research and Development Product Manager (5+ Years Experience)
Department: Research & Development
We are establishing a new Research & Development unit within our company and are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead this initiative. The Product Manager will act as the bridge between our Headquarters and the local development team, ensuring that products are delivered in line with strategic objectives, technical standards, and market needs.

This role requires a forward-thinking professional with a strong understanding of technology, proven leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and guide software developers to deliver innovative products such as mobile apps, SaaS solutions, and digital platforms.

Ensure clear translation of HQ requirements into actionable development tasks.
Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in product features and performance.

Manage and mentor a team of software developers, fostering collaboration, productivity, and accountability.
Provide leadership to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Implement agile methodologies and best practices in product development.

Product Development & Delivery
Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, development, testing, launch, and iteration.
Collaborate with QA and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Act as the primary liaison with HQ, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager in software, digital products, or SaaS environments.
Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with experience working directly with international teams/HQ.
Demonstrated ability to translate product vision into actionable development plans.
Experience managing distributed or multicultural teams.
Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, data analytics, APIs, mobile ecosystems, etc.).
