Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Generalist with a primary focus on recruitment to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition, and will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle while supporting other HR functions as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the organization effectively.
Conduct exit interviews and provide reports on trends related to employee turnover.
Support day-to-day HR operations including maintaining employee records and managing HRIS.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers and
employees.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and maintaining a positive workplace culture..
