We are looking for Human Resource Executives/ Recruiters in our Head Office in Jaipur with existing experience of 0-1 years in Recruitment and HR Operations.
What you will be doing
Recruit and Onboard new hires.
Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
Looking after Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and other functions as well.
Proactively managing the Training & Development programs.
Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
Your Skills and experience
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience (MBAs are preferred)
0-1 years' experience in Human Resource functions ( recruitment, HR operations, and compliance)- Freshers Can Apply
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
Attention to detail and sound judgment
