We're seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager - Sales to drive sales growth and optimize portfolio performance.Job Summary:The Portfolio Manager - Sales will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, and portfolio management.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Growth:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including off-plan and resale properties.- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and partners.2. Portfolio Management:- Manage a portfolio of properties, including market analysis, pricing, and positioning.- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.- Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and implement initiatives to enhance property value.3. Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.4. Market Analysis:- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.- Provide insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and portfolio decisions.5. Collaboration:- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, acquisitions, and property management.- Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.Requirements:1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, insurance, hospitality, banking or portfolio management in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of success.3. Skills:- Strong sales and negotiation skills.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, trends, and regulations.4.
