We’re looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing the financial health of our resort. Job Overview As an Accounting Manager , you will oversee all accounting operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, and auditing functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with a strong background in accounting, ideally within the hospitality industry. Responsibilities Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Budgeting & Forecasting : Lead the budgeting process and financial forecasting to support our strategic goals and growth. Accounts Payable & Receivable : Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections. Payroll Management : Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including tax withholdings, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Audit & Compliance : Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Cash Flow Management : Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain liquidity and support operations. Inventory & Cost Control : Partner with operational teams to oversee inventory and manage cost controls effectively. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability. Qualifications Experience : 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a management role. Experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred. Technical Skills : Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., IDS, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-department collaboration.
